Introduction & Description
NG Workshop is a group session for transformation and development of individuals in a group environment supported by the presence of fellow participants and guided by a competent facilitator. Dr. Eric Berne, the developer of Transactional Analysis emphasized and demonstrated the power of groups to help individuals change and grow. The healing power of NG Workshops are the outcome of CEO’s 30 plus years of working with groups in:
NG has a 30-year record for Safety and Protection of participants confidentiality.
The duration of NG Workshops is decided based on their purpose and participant requirements. Marathons are group sessions/workshops conducted for over 12 hours.
A marathon, NG Sangam is a confluence of Nitya Gurukula:
who come together, to search within themselves and with other participants, deeper meanings. Sangam themes:
Moving Beyond Comfort Zones, Holistic Professionalism etc.
Participants apply and practice their insights and learnings during the workshop, supported by their colleagues and NG Facilitators. Space and time are provided in NG Sangams for learning, creativity, expression, music, movement, Tai Chi and TA learnings.

NG Workshop topics are chosen from the expressed and unexpressed needs of clients, trainees and participants of Nitya Gurukula, who wish and intend to grow themselves, beyond their comfort zones. NG Workshop goals are created and tuned to suit participant needs by NG Lead Trainer Sashi in collaboration with NG Resources.
